Cancellation & Booking Policy

Please be respectful when booking a session.

When a session is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you and cannot easily be offered to someone else at short notice.

For this reason, no refunds are issued.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, I will do my best to reschedule your session, subject to availability and 48 hours notice.

If you prefer, you may also choose to gift your session to a trusted family member or friend who could benefit from the work.

Please make your booking thoughtfully and responsibly, and only when you feel ready to commit to the session time.
