Before the session
To support clarity and grounding during our time together, I kindly ask that you avoid alcohol and psychoactive substances (including cannabis, mushrooms, ayahuasca, or similar) for 24 hours prior to the session, as these can affect perception and sensitivity.
If you are taking prescribed medication, please continue to follow your doctor’s guidance as normal.
You may wish to avoid wearing eye makeup (especially mascara), as emotional release — including tears — can sometimes occur.
Practical considerations
Please make sure you:
- Have a stable internet connection
- Are in a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed
- Are using the latest version of Zoom
- Have your device fully charged or plugged in
During the session
All that’s asked of you is to arrive as relaxed and present as possible, allowing your body to respond naturally. Experiences vary, and may include things like yawning, sighing, light shaking, warmth, shivers, laughter, or spontaneous movement. These responses are normal and can be gently allowed without resistance.
